Calculate contacts from mobility
Calculate contacts (edges) between nodes from their locations over time, and a given range.
Produces a DGS file with nodes locations and contact edges from a given DGS file having only nodes locations.

Input file(s)

inDGS

The DGS input file with node locations: x and y nodes attributes (cartesian coordinates)

The range used to compute edges (maximum distance between two nodes to be connected

outDGS
